Our 5th and 6th grade basketball teams had a busy week competing in the Higbee and Keytesville tournaments. Boys took home the first place trophy in the Keytesville tournament and girls brought home second place. They showed hard work, teamwork and determination on the court.

The Higbee 5th and 6th Grade Tournament starts tonight. GO TIGERS!

Higbee's Health and Family Education Class's Multicultural Assignment was a hit! Students brought in dishes from multiple different countries. It was optional but a few students decided to even look the part! Go Tigers! 🐅

Don't forget Read Across kicks off Tuesday! The exercise bike that makes the smoothies will be here and ready to go. Prizes will be displayed next week. Log those minutes for a smoothie and a chance to win a prize.

The Tigers season came to an end tonight after a hard-fought battle in district play against Cairo (54-45). While the outcome isn't what we hoped for we are proud of their heart, determination and growth they showed all season long. A very special recognition to our two seniors, Danny Janssen and Celton Crawford- thank you for your leadership and the example you set for our younger players. We also want to recognize our two senior cheerleaders, AnnaBelle Perkins and Mersadiaz Pegelow for the energy, spirit and support you brought to every game.
