The 8th grade health class wrapped up their food pyramid project today. Last week, they learned about the components of a balanced diet as well as how the pyramid can be manipulated to cater to the nutritional needs of each individual, based on their personal health goals!


Junior High and High School Cross Country competed at the Centralia Invitational this afternoon. To wrap up the season, Ridley, Kadence, and Olivia all set a new PR! Raegan had a season best, and Danny set a new PR!
Ridley Hall: 52nd with a PR of 16:44
Kadence Sercu: 54th with a PR of 17:01
Olivia Boggs: 69th with a PR of 18:22
Raegan Derboven: 28th with a season best 23:44
Danny Janssen: 16th with a PR of 17:49
