CLAA conference band scheduled for tomorrow ( Wednesday) has been rescheduled to March 3 due to weather conditions.
Kindergarten and Preschool Screening for the 2025-2026 school year will be April 3rd & 4th, 2025.
Kindergarten: turning 5 prior to August 1, 2025 (students currently in PK at Higbee will not need to schedule an appointment)
Preschool: students turning 3 & 4 prior to August 1, 2025 and must be potty trained
You may register your student(s) by calling Mrs. Kayla Richards (660)456-7206 during school hours Tuesday-Friday. Or emailing krichards@higbeeschool.com.
The following information will be required at your appointment:
* Proof of residency (i.e. rental/lease agreement, utility bill, etc.)
* Current immunization record meeting Missouri Dept. of Health
guidelines.
* Certified copy of Birth Certificate (we will make a copy and return
your original)
We will not be in session Tuesday, February 18th.
This day will be made up March 17th.
Our Lady Tigers came away with a win this evening over the Prairie Home Lady Panthers. Our Tiger squad battled it out, but came up short against the Panthers.
The last home game of the season is coming up on Thursday. Come cheer on our Tigers as they take on La Plata!
Barnwarming will be canceled this evening and will be rescheduled for March 10th from 4-8pm

Congratulations to the Higbee cheer squad for 2nd place in CLAA All conference cheer. Special shout out to the ladies who were selected 1st place and 2nd place team members. They worked hard and it definitely showed.
Our very own Higbee Tiger received the CLAA cheer conference Top Mascot award. Way to go!!

Tigers win 3rd place in the conference tournament and the Lady Tigers win 1st place in the tournament.
Due to some poor road conditions throughout the district, school will not be in session tomorrow, February 13th.
The makeup day is scheduled for February 24th.
Lady Tigers defeated Northwestern and the Tigers fell to Hale tonight. The Tigers will play for 3rd place on Saturday at 5pm. The Lady Tigers will play at 6:30 pm on Saturday. Both games will be played at Tina Avalon. Go Tigers!

Tigers started off the CLAA conference tournament with a 66-54 win against Tina-Avalon. Boys will play at 5:45 after the girls, both games will be played at Hale.
After a win this afternoon against Keytesville the Higbee Lady Tigers will play tomorrow night (Tuesday) at 4:30 at Hale. Location has been updated due to impending weather.
