Alert the school of health concerns regarding your child.

One of the most important things you can do to ensure your child remains healthy during the school year is to make certain the school is aware of your child’s health and care needs.

Let the school know:

✅ If your child experiences common health problems such as severe allergies, asthma, seizures, diabetes, other physical or mental health disorders, and any restrictions

✅ If your child contracts a contagious illness during the school year and what diagnosis was given

✅ If your child takes any medications

✅ Provide the school with proper treatment supplies and medication(s)

✅ Make sure all school health forms and emergency contacts are completed and up to date
